The versatile Celeste Dress can be worn with or without a belt (matching 1.25" wide belt included). It is loose and comfortable, yet has a flattering shape. The Celeste is also popular in plus size 1X.

*v-neck; rounded seam with gathers under bust gives nice shape; waist seam moves 1/2" down for each size (model is wearing size S)
*3/4 slightly belled sleeves with loose elastic cuff
